We use submitted information to check inventory, evaluate delivery and setup, prepare quotes, communicate about events, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
The website host processes and stores form submissions and sends notifications to our private business inbox. We do not sell information submitted through these forms.
Inquiry and quote records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for event planning, accounting, dispute prevention, legal obligations, and ordinary business administration. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Use the contact form and select Privacy request to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify the request and may retain records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
This site does not currently use advertising trackers or behavior-based analytics. Because no cross-site activity tracking is performed by Buena Fortuna, browser Do Not Track signals do not change the site’s behavior.
